Add us on WeChat — a dedicated coordinator will assist you

Dedicated coordinator. The WeChat account is monitored by a coordinator who replies to enquiries and helps with arrangements — including which department to register with, how to get to the hospital, and what to bring.
English service available. Enquiries and coordination can be handled in English.
Fee-based private service. Assessment and treatment at Location 1 is a paid, private service. If you hold international health insurance, ask the hospital about direct billing before your visit; otherwise payment is made directly to the hospital.
What to send first. The patient's age, the main concern, and how long it has been present. Please do not send medical records, reports or imaging through WeChat — bring them to the appointment instead.

Scan the QR code, or search and add fudanxuyisheng in WeChat. Registration itself is completed through the hospital's own channels (see Location 1 below).

Which location to use

In-person one-to-one assessment and treatment

One-to-one rehabilitation assessment and treatment is provided in person at Shanghai Landseed Hospital (Location 1), for children, adolescents and adults. Longer appointment times are available for assessment and for reviewing progress against measured outcomes.

Registration is completed through the hospital. The WeChat coordinator above can be contacted first for coordination, including which department to register with and what to bring.

Public paediatric outpatient service

The public paediatric hospital at Location 2 provides paediatric rehabilitation only, with Chinese-speaking service only. Outpatient visits are brief; rehabilitation plans may be issued online, with results reviewed a few days later.

Registration is handled by the hospital's own outpatient system and is not arranged through the WeChat contact above.

Scope of Practice: One-to-one rehabilitation assessment and treatment, provided in person by Xu Lei at this location. Includes postural and scoliosis assessment, individualised exercise-based rehabilitation, and follow-up review of measured outcomes. Available for children, adolescents and adults.
Language Support: English service available The hospital publishes an English-language website and lists an international medical outpatient service (IMC).
Insurance: Accepts major international health insurance The hospital publishes a commercial insurance and direct billing (商业保险与直付) information page. Confirm your own insurer and any pre-authorisation requirement directly with the hospital.
